MAIN AUDITORIUM
A versatile space designed to make an impact.
Our Main Auditorium is a sophisticated and flexible event space designed for everything from conferences and corporate presentations to training sessions, seminars, staff town halls and seated dinners.
Accommodating up to 200 guests theatre-style, the 250sqm auditorium offers a range of flexible seating and table configurations. For larger events, retractable walls can be opened to combine the auditorium with the Western Room, creating an expansive 343sqm event space with increased capacity.
At the centre of the room is an impressive 9-metre-wide Ultra HD video wall, supported by a professional lectern and five Ultra HD cameras. Integrated conferencing technology makes the space ideal for in-person, hybrid and virtual events, delivering a professional experience for presenters and audiences alike.
Western room
An intimate space for meetings that matter.
The Western Room is a sophisticated, private setting for executive meetings, boardroom discussions, presentations and small training sessions.
Accommodating up to 50 guests theatre-style, the room can be configured in a variety of layouts to suit your event, from formal boardroom meetings to collaborative workshops and presentations.
The soundproofed suite is equipped with built-in state-of-the-art audio visual and telecommunication to seamlessly conference with remote attendees.

- 4K conferencing camera
- Built-in video conferencing capabilities
For larger events, the Western Room can also be combined with the Main Auditorium to create an expansive 343sqm event space.

- Pre-event planning and logistics support
- Room set-up tailored to your requirements

- Roof mounted 4k Cameras and audio streaming to broadcast your meeting as a webinar or private Teams/Zoom meeting
- Handheld and headset microphones
- Presentation laptops, clickers and pointers
- Dedicated AV staff member to set up and assist with your queries throughout the day
- Dedicated Event Assistant for on-the-day coordination
- Reception staff to greet your guests upon arrival
- Regular cleaning throughout the event
- Full cleaning at conclusion of the event
- All required individual tableware (excl tablecloths), glassware and collection/cleaning of used items throughout the day
- Tea, coffee, juice, soft drinks, and sparkling water
- Pens, pads and individual hand sanitizers for all guests
Our aim is that your experience on the day should be “plug and play”, with everything either done or ready to go.
Catering beyond the above is not included, however we are more than happy to organise catering quotes through our supplier network or, if you prefer, we are also more than happy to work with your preferred supplier.
For advanced AV operations, broadcasting, filming and catering, we have a network of preferred suppliers who can assist with even the most challenging requirements.
