Everybody deserves a place to call home in NSW.
That’s why we’ve formed Housing Now!
An alliance of unlikely bedfellows to magnify the voice of community and industry and help the NSW Government tackle a profoundly important challenge for our time.
The Liverpool Innovation Precinct (LIP) brings together partners from government, education, healthcare and industry to transform Liverpool into one of Australia’s leading centres for health, research and innovation.
Since the original 2017 vision launched by Lucy Turnbull AO, the precinct has rapidly evolved into a nationally significant innovation district.
Anchored by Liverpool Hospital, soon to be one of the country’s largest and most advanced, the precinct continues to attract investment, talent and major research collaborations.
With Western Sydney International Airport opening in 2026 and the city centre undergoing major renewal, Liverpool is becoming a gateway to the Western Parkland City.
The Precinct is driving the next wave of economic growth for South West Sydney through jobs, innovation and future‑focused industries.
South West Sydney already has a larger population than most regional Australian cities, yet it lacks the brand identity like that of regions such as the Hunter or Illawarra. Our advocacy plan aims to increase the profile of the region in the minds of government and industry decision makers to attract greater public and private focus and investment to the southwestern corner of Sydney.
Western Sydney's rivers and waterways, such as the Parramatta, Nepean-Hawkesbury, and Georges Rivers, hold immense potential to transform the region.
We are urging the NSW Government to adopt these bold objectives that support the vision we have for our rivers - connected and activated local waterways that support economic activity, sustainability and stronger communities.
1. Every resident of Western Sydney to live within 30 minutes of safe, accessible blue infrastructure.
2. Rivers that contribute to sustainable economic development for Western Sydney, supporting jobs and stronger communities.
3. Western Sydney rivers are biodiversity-positive, contributing to resilience, sustainability and water quality measures.
