LIVERPOOL INNOVATION PRECINCT INVESTMENT PROSPECTUS

The precinct is a powerhouse of health, education, research and innovation for the local and national economy. Our proposal offers you and your business a unique pathway to accelerate your business goals and research outcomes through collaborative innovation.

Liverpool is a unique and diverse part of Sydney. In recent years, our city centre has undergone a monumental transformation. We have a culturally and linguistically diverse population and a skilled, educated and ambitious workforce ready to take business to the next level.

Liverpool is emerging as an international centre of world-leading health and research and is located adjacent to the new Western Sydney Airport, opening in 2026. As part of it's wider strategy, the precinct is expanding it's footprint across the spectrum of public and private healthcare services, with significant new investment in health and research infrastructure.

Land Use Analysis and Precinct Strategy

The master plan that sets how the booming city of Liverpool in Sydney’s south west will maximise the NSW Government’s $740 million Liverpool Hospital redevelopment was launched on Monday 28 October 2019.

The NSW Minister for Planning and Public Spaces, Rob Stokes officially launched the Land Use Analysis and Precinct Strategy at Liverpool’s flagship research hub, the Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research.

This strategy is about going to potential investors with a united vision that says Liverpool is open for business and ready to work with international technology, medical and innovative organisations.
